Amish Baked Oatmeal

This is a recipe that my sister Mandy Wright uses. It is a family favorite at her house, and it is delicious on a cold morning. Very filling.

3 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together
pour into a 9x13 baking dish
bake for 25-30 minutes

Serve with a little bit of milk, some brown sugar, some fruit, or just eat it plain!
